1. Puppy Delivery & Pickup Options
We offer two convenient options for families adopting or purchasing puppies:
- Local Pickup (Recommended):
Families are encouraged to pick up their puppies directly at our location in Atlanta, GA. This ensures minimal stress for the puppy and allows you to meet us in person. - Safe Delivery Service:
For customers outside the local area, we provide safe puppy transportation via certified pet transport services or airlines that specialize in animal travel. Puppies are always cared for by professionals during the journey.
2. Delivery Times
- Local Pickup: Available within 3–7 business days after adoption approval.
- Ground or Air Delivery: Delivery timelines vary based on your location (generally 7–14 business days). We will provide tracking and regular updates until your puppy arrives.
- Product Orders (Accessories/Food): Typically shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
- Local Pickup: Free of charge.
- Ground Delivery (Within Georgia & Neighboring States): Calculated based on mileage.
- Air Delivery (Nationwide): Flat rate + airline pet travel fees (quoted at time of booking).
- Product Orders: Shipping costs vary depending on weight, size, and destination.
4. Health & Safety During Shipping
- All puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, and health-certified before delivery.
- Puppies travel with necessary paperwork, health certificates, and starter supplies.
- We ensure minimal stress and maximum comfort with food, water, and regular breaks (for ground delivery).
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship puppies internationally. Product shipping availability depends on local laws and import restrictions. Please contact us before placing an international order.
6. Tracking & Communication
Once your puppy or order is shipped, we will provide:
- Tracking details.
- Estimated delivery/pickup date.
- Ongoing communication until safe arrival.
