However, we have a Lifetime Return Policy. If at any point in the dog’s life you are unable to care for them, we require that you contact us. We will always take our puppies back, no questions asked, and will work to find them a new, appropriate home. This is a crucial part of our commitment as responsible breeders.
Our contract requires you to take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a well-puppy check-up within 72 hours of pickup. If your vet discovers a life-threatening congenital defect at this initial exam, you must notify us immediately and provide a written statement from your vet. Upon confirmation of the diagnosis by our veterinarian, you will have the option to:

Receive a replacement puppy of equal value from our next available litter.
Refunds are not provided for compatibility issues. However, we can assist with training resources or rehoming guidance if necessary.
No. Shipping delays caused by airlines, weather, or third-party transporters are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
