At Atlanta Signer Puppies, we care deeply about both our customers and the puppies we place in loving homes. Our Refund & Return Policy ensures fairness while prioritizing the well-being of every puppy.

1. Puppy Sales & Adoptions

Because puppies are living animals, all puppy sales and adoptions are final. Once a puppy is adopted or purchased and leaves our care, refunds are not available.

We make this policy to:

  • Protect the health and safety of the puppy.
  • Prevent stress and risks associated with re-homing multiple times.
  • Encourage responsible, committed adoption decisions.

Exceptions:

A partial or full refund may be issued only under these rare circumstances:

  • If a puppy is found to have a serious, life-threatening medical condition diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of adoption (and was not disclosed before adoption).
  • If we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon adoption or delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Product Refunds (Accessories, Food, Supplies)

  • Eligible Returns: Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened food, used toys, and customized products.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Deposits

  • Puppy Deposits: Deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available puppy upon approval.

4. Process for Refund/Return Requests
